Every water damage event is a little different and requires a unique solution, but the general process stays the same.

When are team first arrived to the home, we do a full inspection of the damage. If the home was built before 1980 an asbestos testing will be necessary and the inspector will check for microbial growth. Air movers and dehumidifiers will then be placed in the affected area for drying out for as long as necessary. We will remove any materials that are non salvable.
